is Doctor Marco Bertelli- a researcher at the University of Florence.

When one is under pressure from stress the
body activates itself for defence, fighting danger, or flight
from a danger that often occurs with a perception of danger that
is superior to the reality of the situation. This activization

a series of actions it is possible to intervene and control this
